Clubhouse is a social application based on audio chat. Users can listen to interviews and discussions between inspiring people on various topics – it is just like tuning in to a podcast but Clubhouse is live (data is not saved), and with an added layer of exclusivity.
Clubhouse can be an interesting marketing tool for both B2B and B2C.
Clubhouse is an invite-only application for now. Existing users only have two invites available at first. When you are able join, you select topics of interest, like: tech, books, business or health. The more information you provide, the more conversation rooms and individuals the app will recommend you to follow or join.
In a recent blog post the creators of Clubhouse have announced that their 2021 goal is to complete the app’s beta stage, so they can eventually “open up Clubhouse to the whole world”.
