These are the steps you have to take to make your branded GIF sticker available on Instagram for everybody:
Create or upload a GIF sticker on giphy.com
Enter a source URL
Decide on which search terms your GIF sticker has to be shown on Instagram and add these terms as tags.
Push the 'Upload to GIPHY'-button.
